Yeah, the bike rack actually works! Here's the first ride I've witnessed locked up to the Contrails piece. My wife and I headed downtown last night to see the documentary 'No No'. The film dealt with the highs and lows of former Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Dock Ellis. Definitely worth watching. #pittsburgh #publicart #bikerack #datenight @culturaltrust @bikepgh @billpeduto
